Returns are handled by the partner store where you placed your order, under its return policy and window. Start a return from your order page there; it will show the options and the deadline for your item.

Warranty and faults

If the scrubber will not charge, the motor stops or a part breaks in normal use, open a case from the same order page. Keep the brush heads and the cable with the scrubber so a replacement can be checked quickly.

Before you send it back

Many issues are fixed in a minute: push the brush head on until it seats, charge fully until the light is green, and check the rod sections are locked. Write to [email protected] if you would like help first.
